Studio Policies

  • In order to receive advanced corrective facial treatments (level 2 or higher) your skin must be prepped with proper home care products purchased directly from Clarity Skin Care Studio and conditioning facials.

  • All clients enrolled in the Acne Care Program must use ONLY the home care recommended by Clarity Skin Care Studio.

  • Products purchased from Clarity Skin Care Studio come with a satisfaction guarantee for 15 days. If you have a reaction, please provide clear photo documentation so I can properly process your return. All product returned, reguardless of the reason, will be eligible for an in-Studio credit on your account. You may use your credit for services or for a different product.

  • Products returned after 15 days, reguardless of the reason, are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

  • There are no cash refunds for products purchased or services rendered.

  • Please provide 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid a rescheduling fee.  The late reschedule or cancellation fee is 50% of the scheduled service price.

  • Clients who "no show/no call" will be charge 100% of the scheduled service.  Payment in full is required to reschedule and for all future appointments.

  • Late arrivals will be accommodated if the schedule allows with an abbreviated service.  You will be responsible for the full amount of the scheduled service.  

  • Children: I love kids and have a daughter of my own, however my studio is not safe for children under the age of 7.  Please arrange for childcare as needed.  Older children may sit quietly in my waiting area during your appointment if necessary.
